American Fork Steel Days is celebrating their 75th anniversary! During all these years, the Timpanogos Arts Foundation (TAF) has been a major contributor to the exciting events with music performances and art show!
TAF’s music programs have always kicked off the festivities at the opening concert every Monday night at the AF Amphitheater! Talents from the American Fork Symphony, Timpanogos Chorale and Wasatch Winds have delighted guests. This year the Wasatch Show Band will perform with the Wasatch Winds and AF High School Marching Band in toe tapping patriotic music for all to enjoy!
The Steel Days Art Show is one of the original events since 1945 that has grown to a county wide showcase of artistic talent. It’s reputation as the most organized and best attended community art show is well deserved through the dedicated volunteers from TAF’s Visual Art Program! The AF Library’s Rotunda and stained glass walls is the perfect backdrop for the art show!
Come and see the Timpanogos Arts Foundation’s booth at the Steel Days Fair on Friday & Saturday, July 10 & 11! Also, look for TAF’s programs to be featured in the Grand Parade on Saturday morning!
TAF wants to thank the citizens of American Fork and the AF Chamber of Commerce for their ongoing support of the arts! For more information visit http://www.steeldaysaf.com/
